I just finished this book, it is the book that every business owner should read. I would harken this book to Rich Dad Poor Dad, it is that impactful. Once you see this, you won’t be able to unsee it. All though the message is simple, it is not easy. Shane crafts an argument from several angles that is bulletproof, every business owner should have a priority to purchase their real estate. Anyone who reads this book will alter their strategy to business and life. It is not enough to just crush it in real estate. Shane will give you the what, the how and most importantly the why. Personally, I can corroborate everything that Shane puts forward. From the first day of my job as a commercial real estate broker I have seen the power of combining business with commercial real estate. As you know or will find out, being a business owner does not come with a retirement plan. You have to buy your retirement plan.
